MOBILE FOOD CART SERVICE
Outdoor serving only - all weather, all year, all manner of events! 8'x8' footprint on a flat, level space, accessible by vehicle - no water or electric hookups needed! Great food cooked to order on-site before your very eyes! Pay only for what you actually eat - no leftovers! Licensed, insured and supported by a brick 'n mortar restaurant! $400.00 minimum food order, flat $85.00 setup fee, and a $15.00 per hour per staffer labor charge. All orders include a 15% built-in gratuity on the food balance for our wonderful employees! We charge a 4% processing fee for credit cards - cash or checks welcome.
Indoor staffed CATERING
All manner and types of events, corporate and residential, private and public, large and small! Professional service and great food, planned in advance, prepaid in-full and hassle-free! $300.00 minimum food order, flat $85.00 setup charge, and a $15.00 per hour per staffer for staffed labor charge. All orders include a 15% built-in gratuity on the food balance for our wonderful employees! We charge a 4% processing fee for credit cards - cash or checks welcome. Individual sale Service
Let us bring a value-added service to your event! We can cook to-order on-site on an individual sale basis - you don't need to foot the bill or put down a deposit! Great for festivals, outdoor events, tailgates, etc. We evaluate each individual sale request on a case-by-case basis - depending on the nature of your event we may ask for a minimum sales guarantee or we may ask that you cover the setup and labor costs. If your event is big enough, we might even pay YOU! We accept cash and any major credit card.
Youth party package
Ask us about our Youth Party Package! Perfect for birthdays, graduations, daycare events, youth sports teams, etc. Get 2 hours of mobile food cart service with 2 Ray's staff, 50 meals (Wolverine Dog + Chips + Drinks OR 2 Wolverine Dogs), 24 digital photos AND an employee in our full-sized hot dog suit! Our $500 out-the-door price includes food, sales tax, built-in tip, setup fee, labor charge and CC processing charge. Optional add-ons: increase the length of time, add menu items, increase your head count.
